- Zucchini, cut into thin strips8 unit(s)
- Ripe tomatoes, diced and skinless10 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 tablespoon
- Small chopped celery stalk1 unit(s)
- Chopped red pepper1 unit(s)
- Olive oil110 ml
- Pink salt1 dessert spoon
- White cheese200 g
- In a pan, brown the onion in the oil and add the garlic, celery, pepper and finally the chopped tomatoes.
- Saute and add the chopped basil, ground beef, pink salt and cook for 10 minutes.
- If needed add a little water
- In a refractory, grease with sweet oil and make a layer of zucchini, put the sauce and repeat the same process until the zucchini is used up, put the white cheese and the rest of the sauce on top
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
