medium zucchinis grated in the coarse grater2 unit(s)
Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
boiling water1 cup
Chopped parsley2 tablespoon
chopped basil1 tablespoon
raw cassava flour1 cup

In a medium saucepan, melt the margarine and sauté the onion until golden.
Add the zucchini and the broth dissolved in the boiling water. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the eggs, basil and parsley, stirring quickly with a fork.
Add the flour and mix well until heated through. Serve it hot.
