- Olives (black or green)8 unit(s)
- Cut the zucchini into very thin slices. If you have a slicer, it helps a lot, but if you don't, like me, you can cut it perfectly with a knife.
- Blend all the sauce ingredients in a food processor.
- Serve alternating layers of zucchini with a little sauce.
