Zucchini and eggplant bruschetta

Corte os pães em fatias não muito grossa, leve ao forno pré aquecido por 10 min, reserve. 

Cut the buns into slices not too thick, take it to the preheated oven for 10 min, set aside.

Corte a abobrinha, berinjela,  pimentões e o tomate.

Cut the zucchini, eggplant, peppers and tomato.

Em uma panela refogue uma cebola ralada e o alho no azeite,  em seguida coloque os pimentões, abobrinha e a berinjela, quando estiver tudo refogado coloque pimenta do reino a gosto e o sal, por último a salsinha,  cebolinha e o coentro.

In a pan, sauté a grated onion and garlic in olive oil, then put the peppers, zucchini and eggplant, when everything is sautéed, put black pepper to taste and salt, finally the parsley, chives and cilantro.

Dica do cheff : Rale um dente de alho e passe no pão com azeite, por último coloque o refogado, e se preferir regue com mais azeite e finalize com mussarela ralada ou parmesão. 

Chef's tip: Grate a clove of garlic and spread it on the bread with olive oil, finally put the sautéed, and if you prefer, drizzle with more olive oil and finish with grated mozzarella or parmesan.
