Sauté the ground beef and season with soy sauce and Ajinomoto.
Add the finely chopped carrot and then the onion.
Reserve the meat and carrots on a plate and in the same pan make 2 egg omelets and leave in very small pieces.
Return the meat to the pan with the omelets, add the two slices of ham, chopped and lightly sautéed.
Add the prepared rice and adjust the salt. I added chopped chives to taste.
Fry an egg to serve with.
