- Put the vegetables to cook with a little salt, preferably steamed, respecting each one's time, such as carrots, which are tougher, take a little longer to cook than others, or zucchini, which is super fast. Reserve.
- Heat the oil and butter in a pan, quickly sauté the onion and garlic, add the vegetables and mix to distribute the seasoning well, if necessary add a little salt and black pepper. Finish with the parsley. It's delicious!
