- Butter6 tablespoon
- Flour6 tablespoon
- Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Shredded Mozzarella1 cup
- Melt the butter in a pan and add the flour.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk all at once, preferably at room temperature. Stir with a wire whisk, add the grated mozzarella and cook for 10 minutes.
- Finish by hitting the salt and nutmeg. Serve with pasta, fish and meat.
