- Corn Starch01 tablespoon
- Sour Cream01 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion01 unit(s)
- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Boiled Broccoli to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Cook broccoli to taste.
- Fry the onion with oil or margarine, add the seasonings.
- Dissolve the Starch in the Milk and add it to the pan with the onion.
- After boiling, add the Milk Cream, Broccoli already cooked.
