  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Corn starch1 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese1 cup
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  1. In a pan, melt the margarine and add the onion, salt and pepper. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream and mix.
  2. Dissolve the starch in the milk and add to the sauce. When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, stirring well, so it doesn't stick. Serve with pasta or oven-baked rice.
