In a small saucepan, place the butter and heat over high heat to melt.
Add the wheat flour and stir non-stop for half a minute, without browning.
Gradually add half of the milk, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute or until smooth and thick.
Add the seasoning (I used sazon), the salt, the cream, the remaining milk, the water, the broccoli and the grated cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly, or until heated through.
Remove from the heat, drizzle the pasta and serve immediately.
I put some olives on top to decorate. (Optional)
