Ingredients

  • Chopped small onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Spoon of margarine | 1 tablespoon
  • Box of sour cream | 1 unit(s)
  • Liter of milk | 1/2 l
  • Spoonful of corn starch | 1 tablespoon
  • Cup of grated cheese | 1 cup
  • Black pepper | 1 to taste
  • Salt | 1 dessert spoon

Recipe

  1. In a pan, melt the margarine and add the onion, salt and pepper.
  2. When the onion is very transparent, add the cream and mix.
  3. Dissolve the starch in the milk and add to the sauce.
  4. When the sauce has a firm consistency, turn off the heat and add the cheese, mixing well so it doesn't stick.
  5. Serve with pasta or oven-baked rice.
