- Raw chopped spinach2 cup
- Heavy cream3 tablespoon
- Milk3 cup
- Chopped Garlic - Units: Clove4 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion - Units: 1/21 unit(s)
- Cubed chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Sauté spinach in garlic and butter (set aside).
- Give the chicken (book).
- Brown the onion in the margarine. Add the flour and stir until it cooks (about 3 minutes).
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add the spinach, cottage cheese, Heavy cream and chicken. Let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Macaroni goes well.
