Ingredients

• Whiskey | 60 ml
• Simple Syrup | 25 ml
• Sicilian lemon juice | 25 ml
• Rosé wine | 25 ml
• Emustab | 0.5 g

Recipe

1. In a glass add the wine and the emustab, beat well until obtaining a creamy foam and set aside.
2. In a cocktail shaker add ice, whiskey, syrup and juice and shake for 15-18 seconds.
3. In a lowball glass add a large stone of ice, pour in the drink and then top up with the foam.
