Sicilian lemon juice
In a glass add the wine and the emustab, beat well until obtaining a creamy foam and set aside.
In a cocktail shaker add ice, whiskey, syrup and juice and shake for 15-18 seconds.
In a lowball glass add a large stone of ice, pour in the drink and then top up with the foam.
