  • Coconut milk2 l
  • Cashew Nuts250 g
  • Peanut259 g
  • Onion8 unit(s)
  • Garlic (cloves)4 unit(s)
  • Palm oil500 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Shrimp1 kg
  1. Blend the peanuts, chestnuts, shrimp, onion, eye and cilantro in a blender.
  2. Place the coconut milk and wheat flour in a pan and stir until dissolved.
  3. Bring the dissolved wheat flour to the fire and the items blended in the blender.
  4. Add palm oil and stir until thickened.
  5. Let it cook on medium heat until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
  6. Place in a refractory.
