  • Potato balls1 kg
  • Chopped green smell1 unit(s)
  • Coarsely chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Sliced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Alcohol Vinegar250 ml
  • Mineral or boiled (cold) water500 ml
  • Olive oil150 ml
  • Salt and Pepperoni to taste
  1. Wash the potatoes well and with a fork poke holes in each one.
  2. Cook in salted water until they are cooked, but not falling apart. Wait for it to cool down.
  3. In a container, mix the vinegar, mineral or boiled (cold) water, olive oil, salt and pepperoni.
  4. In a glass pot sterilized in hot water, place the potatoes and layers of green smell, garlic and onion.
  5. When you finish putting the mixture into the pot, the ideal is to completely cover the potatoes. If necessary add a little more water, vinegar and oil.
  6. Cover the pot and leave it in the fridge for at least 48 hours to get the seasoning.
  7. Lasts up to 10 days in the fridge
  8. Great snack to accompany a beer and barbecue with friends 🤘🏻💀
