- Butter10 g
- Wheat flour10 g
- Chicken broth (light background)250 ml
- Onion cut in half1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Heat a pan and mix the butter with the flour.
- Gradually add the chicken stock, stirring constantly to avoid creating lumps. Boil, add the onion, cook for 20 minutes over low heat, skimming the surface.
- Strain, season with salt and pepper. Store under refrigeration for later use. (The onion used in cooking can be discarded)
