  • medium potato3 unit(s)
  • Large eggplant1/2 unit(s)
  • Medium Caxi1 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour3 tablespoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Onion and garlic to taste
  • Sliced cheese200 g
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cook the vegetables in salted water, start with the carrot which is a little tougher, when they are "al dente" drain and set aside
  2. Make the white sauce starting by frying the garlic and onion in butter, then add the wheat flour and mix well with a whisk until it is golden and then add the milk little by little, always stirring so it doesn't stick, then hit the salt, turn off the heat and add the cream
  3. Mix the white sauce with the vegetables and place on a baking sheet, cover with cheese (in my case I used provolone) put it in the oven at 200 degrees until golden
