- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Carrot500 g
- Green pepper1 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1 unit(s)
- Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Palm oil100 ml
- coconut milk200 ml
- Sour cream to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Blanch the broccoli, cauliflower and carrots and set aside.
- In a frying pan, crush the 4 cloves of garlic and add the blanched vegetables.
- Cut the peppers and red onion into rounds and place on top of the other vegetables, tomato is optional.
- Add the coriander and put the coconut milk on top and smother for the cooking of the muqueca!
- Correct the salt, pepper, add or not cream and finally the palm oil. Leave a few more minutes and just taste! Note: If you want a vegan recipe, just use the cream. Bon appetit! đȘđŒđšđ»âđłđđŒ
