  • Garlic to taste
  • Chili Pepper (optional) to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Roasted Peanuts60 g
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Palm oil150 ml
  • Filtered water300 ml
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Dried shrimp100 g
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for 3 min. After beaten, take it to a pan and keep stirring until it starts to release from the bottom of the pan and get a good consistency. Be sure to stir so it doesn't burn. Then turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. On a platter, place the vatapá while it is still hot and garnish with some large shrimp. Just serve 👏🏼
