- Wheat flour | 2 cup
- Dried shrimp | 400 g
- Onion | 4 unit(s)
- Peanut | 100 g
- Chestnut | 100 g
- Ginger | 1/2 unit(s)
- Coconut milk | 200 ml
- Palm oil | to taste
Recipe
- In the blender potato peanuts, chestnut, shrimp, onion, ginger and 1/2 liter of water. After all the ingredients are well beaten, add the wheat flour and beat on high speed.
- Pour the liquid into the pan and cook with the help of a wooden spoon. When it starts to jump out of the pan, add the coconut milk and oil little by little.
- Optional to place whole shrimp for the kitchen next to the vatapá.
