  • Recipe
  • Fish of choice (tuna)150 g
  • Avocados3 unit(s)
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • Coriander to taste
  • Wasabi to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fleur de sel to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Ginger to taste
  • Shoyu to taste
  1. Cut the fish into cubes (not too small) and store in a jar with ice or in the fridge.
  2. Mayonnaise: Beat the avocado in the mixer with all the ingredients (except fleur de sel) and test the taste. Adjust according to personal taste.
  3. To season the fish: a little shoyu, black pepper, olive oil and finally fleur de sel.
