- Butter beans200 g
- Diced pepperoni200 g
- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Cabbage Leaves3 unit(s)
- Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped white onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Chopped Red Bell Pepper2 tablespoon
- Chopped Coriander to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Cassava Flour100 g
- Pepper to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- I soaked the beans for 2 hours, then cooked them with water, salt and a bay leaf for 20 minutes. Drain all the water and reserve.
- I sliced the cabbage leaves, cooked the eggs for 8 minutes, peeled and chopped.
- In a frying pan, I fried the pepperoni cubes, added the onion, then the minced garlic and finally the peppers and seasonings.
- I added the beans, cabbage and eggs, added the flour and mixed well, turned off the heat, finished with green smell and pepper.
