- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Start by frying the bacon and when it's fried, set it aside.
- In the same pan, place the charque (you need to remove the salt) and let it fry and when it's fried, set it aside.
- In the same pan, place the pepperoni and when it is fried add the reserved bacon, the reserved beef jerky, onion and garlic and let it sauté.
- Add the tomato, cilantro and seasoning and let it sauté.
- Add the cooked black-eyed peas and let it sauté to get the taste of the seasoning for 5 min.
- Then turn off the heat and serve (I didn't add any more flour if you want to, you can).
