  • Bacon200 g
  • Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
  • Crackling400 g
  • Garlic30 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Egg8 unit(s)
  • Cabbage to taste
  • Chives and parsley to taste
  • Cassava flour4 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cook the beans, leave them al dente and set aside without the broth. In a pan, place the chopped pepperoni and let it fry in their own fat, when they are almost fried, put the chopped onion and garlic and fry together. Put the eggs and stir. After they are all ready, add the beans and mix, gradually adding the cassava flour until it forms a consistency to your liking (some people like it more wet and some people like it drier). After that, put the finely chopped cabbage, the chopped green smell and the crackling and mix everything. Adjust the salt to your liking and serve.
