  • Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)

  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Sliced Kale5 unit(s)
  • Cassava flour1/2 cup
  1. 1-Cook the beans with the bay leaf in the pan of your choice, until the beans are soft, but without falling apart. 2-After cooking, remove all the water from the beans and the bay leaf, leaving only the beans. 3-Fry the bacon and sausage, drain the excess fat and add the garlic and onion, letting it sauté until golden. Add the eggs, stirring constantly, until they are cooked through. 4Add the beans, the meat broth dissolved in half a cup (tea) of hot water and the cabbage. 5-Mix well all the ingredients and let it cook for the flavor to incorporate in the mixture. 6-Finally, add the flour, mixing well and serve immediately.
