Traditional cheese fondue

In a bowl, grate the cheese and set aside.
In a pan, add 2 glasses of white wine and heat.
Once the liquid is hot, add the fresh cheese.
Stir until the mixture is homogeneous with the help of a fouet. Don't stop stirring until everything is mixed.
Once finished, add the mixture to the fondue pot. So the cheese doesn't burn, grease the pan with a piece of garlic.
Cut the baguette into pieces and serve with the founde.
