  • Beef | 500 g
  • Pork (loin) | 200 g
  • Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Carrot | 1 unit(s)
  • Salmon | 100 g
  • Butter | 100 g
  • Sour cream | 100 ml
  • Red wine | 100 ml
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Black pepper |  to taste
  • Tomato sauce | 500 ml
  • Olive oil |  to taste


  1. Come on, hit a blender, carrot, onion, celery and olive oil until it forms a paste
  2. Saute this mixture until reduced and golden.
  3. Add the meat and sauté it when it's golden. Add the wine, the sauce and cook for 8 minutes on low heat.
  4. Finishing with salt, pepper, butter and cream.
