- Whole Milk1/2 cup
- Straw Potato to taste
- Grated Cheese to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- HOW TO MAKE POTATOES - Cook the potatoes until soft. ㅤ - Peel them while still hot and squeeze them. ㅤ - Take the potatoes to a container and add the margarine, a pinch of salt and the milk. Mix them up and set aside.
- tip: If you want a creamier puree, instead of milk put cream, in the same amount.
- TOMATO ASSEMBLY: - Cut the top of the tomatoes and remove the core with a spoon. - After the tomato is “clean” inside, start adding the mashed potato to the top. - Add the potato straw on top and the grated cheese and to finish put oregano too.
- * Bake at 180°C for around 15 to 20 minutes.
