- Boiled green beans1 cup
- Crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- Chives to taste
- Cooked diced potato2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Saute garlic in oil
- Add the tomato to the pod and let it sauté a little and set aside.
- Brown the potato in the same pan with a little oregano on top
- Add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix lightly.
- If you wish, you can add more oil to taste.
