  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Chimichurri2 tablespoon
  • Curry1 tablespoon
  • Dried Basil2 tablespoon
  • Dehydrated Parsley2 tablespoon
  1. After washing and drying well, place the tomatoes upright and cut in half.
  2. In a deep bowl, bathe the tomatoes in olive oil, stirring well so that they are well soaked.
  3. Toss in the salt, chimichurri, curry, basil and parsley and stir again until the seasonings adhere to the tomatoes, place the mixture on a baking sheet or oven resistant material
  4. Preheat the oven on maximum power for 5 minutes and then place it at 180 or 190 degrees and leave the tomatoes for 15 minutes or until they are slightly wilted.
