Tomato Confit

Adicione todos os tomates já lavados e secos, em uma assadeira ou recipiente de sua preferência que possa ir ao forno. Adicione o azeite, sal, as lâminas de alho, alecrim, manjericão e a pimenta. Leve ao forno pré aquecido à 180°. Tempo de forno aproximadamente de 30 minutos. 
Retire do forno esperar esfriar, adicione de preferência em um recipiente de vidro com tampa e leve a geladeira. Fica ótimo para comer com bruscheta, massa, salada ou torrada.

Add all the washed and dried tomatoes, in a roast or container of your choice that can go in the oven. Add the oil, salt, garlic, rosemary, basil and pepper. Place in a preheated oven at 180°. Baking time approximately 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool, add preferably in a glass container with a lid and put it in the fridge. It's great to eat with bruschetta, pasta, salad or toast.
