  • cherry tomato500 g
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 cup
  • Oregano to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Pepperoni Pepper to taste
  • Sun-dried tomato to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  1. Wash the tomatoes and dry with a paper towel, one aum.
  2. Cut them in half, lengthwise.
  3. Place them in a roasting pan with the bottom covered with olive oil.
  4. Cut the garlic cloves into slices and sprinkle over the tomatoes.
  5. Season to taste with herbs.
  6. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
  7. Drizzle with the rest of the cup of oil.
  8. Bake in the oven at high power until the tomatoes are wilted, but swollen with oil.
  9. Store for up to 2 weeks in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator.
  10. Serve with meats, pasta, salads, bread and toast.
