  • Arborio rice1 cup
  • Onion1/2 tablespoon
  • Garlic1/2 tablespoon
  • White wine1/2 cup
  • Beef/chicken broth1 l
  • Butter1/2 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella40 g
  • Parmesan20 g
  • Bacon50 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. boil the broth
  2. Fry the bacon and set aside
  3. Saute garlic and onion in bacon oil
  4. Add rice and stir
  5. Add the wine and wait for it to evaporate.
  6. Add a ladle of stock to the rice, cover and wait for it to dry. Repeat the process until the broth runs out.
  7. When adding the last ladle of broth, add the butter, cheeses and bacon
  8. Serve
