• Red onion | 1 unit(s)
• Parsley or cilantro if you prefer |  to taste
• Pepper | 1/2 unit(s)
• Bacon | 300 g
• Olive oil or oil |  to taste

Recipe

1. Put everything in the processor (except the olive oil or oil) and process until everything is very homogeneous.
2. Place in a bowl and add the olive oil or oil and mix well.
