- Cassava flour200 g
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Chopped small onion1 unit(s)
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Sliced Garlic1 unit(s)
- Corn1 cup
- Butter50 g
- Olive oil20 ml
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Minced chicken sausage1/2 unit(s)
- Put the butter in the skillet, when it starts to melt add the oil to prevent it from burning, it doesn't need to be too much.
- Add the chopped onion and let it sauté, before it starts to brown, add the garlic, when the garlic starts to release the smell of sauté, before it browns, add the grated carrot and the garlic, sauté well and add the sausage, leave everything brown.
- Add the flour, mix well and let it toast, if it gets dry, add more butter, stir well and when it's all toasted and with that smell of farofa, it's ready!
