  • Oat flour | 4 tablespoon
  • Eggs | 4 unit(s)
  • Cottage cheese | 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder | 1 dessert spoon
  • Salt | 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sour cream | 1/2 can(s)


  1. Blend everything in a blender or by hand. Put half the dough in a greased shape, put the stuffing, and then add the rest of the dough. Take it to the preheated oven and take care with a toothpick when it is dry in the middle. I baked my pie in a wood-fired oven and it was wonderful.
