- Oil100 g
- Shredded Chicken to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Salt to taste
- Place the tapioca flour, egg, salt, milk and oil in a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
- Put a skillet to warm up, with the hot skillet take the dough with a ladle and put it in the skillet, and spread it out.
- Bake both sides and remove, do this with all the dough
- Place the shredded chicken on each disc and close it making a cigar, put it in a shape and throw in tomato sauce and put it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
