  • Granulated Tapioca500 g
  • Whole Milk1 l
  • grated curd cheese600 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Smoked Pepper Jelly to taste
  1. Bring the milk to a boil and let it get very hot, no need to boil. When it's already hot, mix it with the curd cheese. Add the tapioca and mix well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Line a baking sheet with plastic wrap and pour this mixture. Leave it very uniform, cover with cling film or plastic and take it to the fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Remove from the fridge, turn onto a countertop and cut into squares. Fry in hot oil or bake in the oven until golden brown. Serve with pepper jelly or your favorite sweet and sour.
