- Tapioca6 tablespoon
- Mozzarella1 to taste
- Oregano1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca and salt, sieve well.
- In a frying pan add the three tablespoons of tapioca spread well let it for 1 minute turn and leave it for another 1 minute
- Do the same with the rest of the tapioca.
- On a plate put the tapioca and mozzarella on top and a little oregano, fold it ready to serve
