- Peel and cook the tamarind with 300 ml. water, after cooking remove the pits and hit the blender.
- After processing, sift and reserve the juice.
- Bring the sugar and the rest of the water to the fire until it melts and forms a syrup.
- After the prota syrup, add the tamarind juice and put it in a glass bottle, add the cachaça and cover for a few days to cure.
