  • Sugar500 g
  • Cachaça1 l
  • Water500 ml
  1. Peel and cook the tamarind with 300 ml. water, after cooking remove the pits and hit the blender.
  2. After processing, sift and reserve the juice.
  3. Bring the sugar and the rest of the water to the fire until it melts and forms a syrup.
  4. After the prota syrup, add the tamarind juice and put it in a glass bottle, add the cachaça and cover for a few days to cure.
