- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Water2 l
- In a pressure cooker, add water, potatoes and salt, close the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes under pressure.
- In a frying pan add a spoon of margarine let it melt take the eggs and crackle put a pinch of salt stir everything for 2 minutes
- When the cooking time of the potatoes passes, remove from the heat and let it cool, peel the potatoes, cut them into thin slices
- Place the potatoes and scrambled eggs on a plate.
