- Powdered milk1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream100 g
- liquid milk70 ml
- Salt to taste
- In a pan put the sweet potato already cooked and mashed then put all the ingredients except the liquid milk, take it to the fire.
- Already in the low fire, add the 70 ml of milk and wick wait for it to boil and remove from the fire. The puree is ready.
