- Sweet Whip1 kg
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Onion1/2 cup
- Garlic1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Parsley1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Start by sautéing the garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add the chopped and peeled Sweet Potato
- Cover with water, add salt and cook until the water dries up and the potatoes are soft. If necessary, add more water until you reach the point.
- Mash the potatoes in the pan with a fork and add the butter and parsley
- Your puree with much more taste is ready!
