- Milk11/2 cup
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Chimichurri0 to taste
- Cook the peeled potatoes in plenty of salted water. Squeeze the potatoes while still hot. If you don't have a potato masher, use a fork to mash them. Place in a pan and add the milk, margarine and seasonings. Stir well incorporating everything and serve hot. It can be served with roasted thigh and sobrethigh, challenged chicken, meat baits. Enjoy your food
