- Olive oil80 ml
- Rosemary to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Cut the potatoes into slices of approximately 5 cm (one finger).
- Arrange the oil, potatoes, garlic and rosemary in a form.
- Season with salt and black pepper and smoked spicy paprika (to taste).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Then leave another 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees for it to brown well (if you have a grill you can turn it on).
