Salt, Nutmeg, Black Pepper and Olive Oil | to taste

First remove all the skin from the sweet potato and then take it to cook in a pan with water and salt. It has to be really soft.
In a pan put a thread of olive oil and put the ground meat to sauté, then add the onion cut into cubes and the crushed garlic. Check the salt and pepper. The ground meat has to be dry.
When the sweet potato is cooked, remove all the water from the pan and then you can mash the potato. And puree the sweet potato, add the butter, salt and nutmeg and mix well. Turn off the fire.
In a refractory, make a layer of mashed sweet potatoes, another layer of ground beef and another layer of mashed potatoes. To finish, put the mozzarella and take it to brown for 5 minutes and serve.
