- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Straw Potato1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese1/2 cup
- Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper1 to taste
- 1- Mix corn, peas and carrots like rice without taking to the fire and set aside. 2- Saute the onion in oil, add the chopped tomato, shredded chicken breast and two tablespoons of tomato sauce. 3- Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4- In a refractory, make a layer of rice, one of cottage cheese and one of sauce and repeat the same sequence again, ending with the last layer of rice. 5- On the ready layers, spread the potato straw and grated cheese. 6- Take it to the medium oven for a maximum of 15 minutes or microwave on high power for a maximum of 6 minutes
