- Large Potatoes with Peel3 unit(s)
- Chopped bacon100 g
- Chopped Onion50 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast (or ham, braised ground beef, grilled and chopped sausage)250 g
- Cream cheese100 g
- Chopped green chives (sausage and chives) to taste
- Grated Parmesan for sprinkling to taste
- Wash the potatoes well and remove a lid lengthwise.
- Place in a pressure cooker, cover with water and place over medium heat.
- As soon as it starts to wheeze, count 10 minutes
- Release the pressure to open the pot, remove the potatoes and, with a spoon, dig into the core (careful not to puncture). Reserve the potatoes and the brains
- Fry the bacon in its own fat over medium heat until golden.
- Add the onion and sauté until golden
- Mix with half of the potato brains (with the other half, make a puree), the shredded chicken, the curd cheese and green smell to taste.
- Stuff the potato cavity and sprinkle grated Parmesan
- Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes or until browned.
