- Textured Soy Protein (PTS) - light color2 cup
- Biju flocked cassava flour3 cup
- Onion cream1 unit(s)
- Corn oil1 cup
- Salt to taste
- In a pan with high heat, put the oil to heat well.
- With the oil very hot, reduce the heat to medium and add the soy protein and fry until crispy and golden.
- Add the onion cream, mix well to get the flavor.
- Finally, add the flaked cassava flour. Mix well and turn off the heat.
- Add salt if necessary, because the onion cream is already quite salty.
- Store in a jar when the farofa cools. And enjoy the crunchiness of this wonder!
