  • Sunflower seed1 cup
  • Water1/3 cup
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Lemon (juice)1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Parsley to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Start by boiling the sunflower seeds for 10 minutes in water for them to soften, it will make the process much easier.
  2. Drain the seeds and then just beat with the other ingredients in the blender or mixer until you reach the ideal consistency. If you prefer it creamier, add more water.
  3. Adjust the seasonings.
  4. Store in the fridge in a closed container.
